   Definitions

  • Total Amount: The purchase price of the property

  • Down Payment: The advance payment you make when signing the PSPA

  • Interest Rate: Usually 3 months Euribor + the margin the bank offers you

  • Loan Terms: the number of years the bank grants you the loan

  • Property tax on residential buildings ranges from 0.1% – 0.2%. Property tax on non-residential buildings is 0.5% – 1.3%.
    A local tax is levied on land located in urban areas in Romania, payable by the owner. The tax rate varies depending on the location of the property
